The Real Help for Anxiety Program

This program is suitable for people suffering from all types of anxiety: generalised anxiety disorder, social or other phobias, stress or worry, troublesome fears, and even obsessive compulsive disorder.

Anxiety can be mild or moderate, or can be a serious illness and if that's the case for you, it's important that you retain the ongoing support of your doctor.  

Although you will receive powerful help from this program, and most people obtain relief very quickly, this program can in no way replace the care and supervision of your doctor, for a number of important reasons.

This program does not purport to offer 24-hour assistance, and is not in any way an emergency service.  Rather it provides a way of learning about an array of real causes for anxiety, identifying what may be at play in your own unique case, and showing you simple, safe and easy methods to gain improvement quickly.

If your doctor has prescribed medication for your anxiety, it is essential that you follow his/her instructions in that matter.  Never increase, decrease, or substitute your medication without careful consultation with your doctor.  Even though some medications may not "work" for you, they can nevertheless have severe effects upon change or withdrawal and your doctor must be responsible for recommending and monitoring any change whatsoever.

How Has the Program Been Tested?

What Does the Program Involve?

This depends on how you choose to do the program.  Some people prefer to simply buy the manual and work through on their own, under the supervision of their doctor or specialist, while others elect to take up their entitlement ot one-on-one, personalised support via the client-only treatment forums, while others choose to work one-on-one in private with Christine.

Where you choose to engage with us one-on-one, whether that is via the forums or via private consultation, we work with you to determine what physical and psychological factors may be at play in your anxiety, and we may make recommendations relating to lifestyle strategies that will support your progress.  

The main focus of the program is teaching and helping you use simple methods to prevent your nervous system from replaying anxious or fearful symptoms and move into higher mood states and stronger, more resilient, healthy responses to your environment.

This is completely different to expecting you to use "willpower" to simply "try to see things differently".  We already know that you are doing the best that you can, and that may not even be keeping things under control, let alone working!

So we're not going to ask you to use willpower - instead we're going to show you how to simply "flick off the switch" on your anxiety.

Will I Have to Keep Using the Methods for the Rest of My Life?

No, definitely not!  The aim of these methods is to make permanent adjustments to the way your nervous system works.  It's possible that you could become anxious again in the future, but far less likely.

How Fast Can I Expect Results?

Whilst our clinical experience and research shows rapid change, often immediately and usually within a few days for the majority of people, for some people changes are slower, and some persistence is required.  

As you will see from the various research studies, most people overcome their problem within days, provided they apply the program.

How Much Does it Cost, and How Do I Register?

Cost depends on your treatment choice.
